Fees, Limits, and Risks

IP Vault is an investment product, not a deposit or savings account. Users should review live limits and terms before subscribing or withdrawing.

Subscription limits

The stated minimum subscription is 100 ipUSD. Round capacity can limit how much settles at one time, and current limits should be taken from the live Vault interface.

Withdrawal fees and capacity

Instant Withdrawal may include a fee and depends on available instant capacity. Standard Withdrawal follows the standard liquidity and settlement process.

NAV risk

Once a subscription settles into Vault shares, value can rise or fall with the NAV. Users may receive less than they originally subscribed.

Liquidity and settlement risk

Underlying RWA purchases and redemptions can require offchain or multi-stage settlement. That can affect how quickly capital moves between RWA positions, the liquidity buffer and withdrawal proceeds.

Eligibility and jurisdiction

IP Vault is available only to eligible users in supported jurisdictions. Product access, limits and disclosures may vary and should be checked before use.
