Subscribing to the IP Vault

A subscription moves ipUSD into the Vault’s round-based queue. Settlement, not the initial click, is the point where the user receives IP Vault shares.

For current balances, capacity, NAV, rates, fees and settlement timing, use the live product pages. Documentation explains mechanics; live product data can change.

Before subscribing

Confirm that you are eligible, have enough ipUSD and understand the current round capacity and target yield. The stated minimum subscription is 100 ipUSD.

Subscribe

Open IP Vault, enter the amount of ipUSD and review the current capacity and settlement estimate before connecting a wallet.

  • Subscriptions follow first-in, first-out queue ordering.
  • Before settlement, a queued subscription remains ipUSD.
  • A queued deposit can be cancelled before it settles, subject to the live product rules.

Settlement

When capacity is available, the applicable amount settles into the Vault at the relevant NAV. After settlement, the user receives IP Vault shares, which may appear as sIPUSD.

Partial round allocation

If an amount would exceed the remaining round capacity, the portion that fits may settle while the remainder stays at the front of the queue for the next round.
