Exiting the IP Vault

Exiting IP Vault means redeeming vault shares for ipUSD. The product provides Standard Withdrawal and Instant Withdrawal paths with different liquidity and timing characteristics.

For current balances, capacity, NAV, rates, fees and settlement timing, use the live product pages. Documentation explains mechanics; live product data can change.

Instant Withdrawal

Instant Withdrawal is designed for immediate redemption when sufficient instant capacity is available. The live interface can show a fee and available capacity before confirmation.

  • Instant capacity can be limited.
  • The interface may show an instant-withdrawal fee; confirm the live quote before signing.
  • If the request does not fit available instant capacity, a standard path may be required.

Standard Withdrawal

Standard Withdrawal follows the Vault’s settlement and liquidity process and is intended for exits that cannot or do not use instant liquidity.

  • Standard withdrawals can be queue-based.
  • Timing depends on the Vault’s liquidity and underlying RWA redemption/settlement process.

Transfer versus withdrawal

Vault shares can be transferable, but the product’s supported exit mechanism is withdrawal. A secondary market is not guaranteed to exist.
