IP Vault FAQ
IP Vault is a Soneium vault that lets eligible users use ipUSD to gain exposure to a tokenized royalties strategy. The vault holds the underlying royalties fund together with an ipUSD reserve that supports withdrawals.
Choose Subscribe, enter the amount of ipUSD you want to deposit and connect your wallet. Eligible deposits enter the vault’s settlement queue and are processed in rounds in the order they arrive.
The launch documentation sets the minimum subscription at 100 ipUSD. Available capacity can be lower than the minimum when a round is nearly full.
The current vault interface displays a 5–9% target yield. This is a target rather than a guaranteed return, and actual performance can be higher or lower.
After a deposit settles, users receive IP Vault shares representing their position in the vault. Wallets and block explorers may display the share token as sIPUSD.
Each share has a Share Value based on the vault and underlying fund. The share count can remain fixed while Share Value changes with fund performance and the vault’s reported net asset value.
Deposits are grouped into settlement rounds and processed in order. Until a queued deposit settles, it remains ipUSD. If only part of a deposit fits into a round, the remainder can stay at the front of the queue for the next round.
Before settlement, a queued deposit remains ipUSD and can be cancelled subject to the vault’s current rules and interface availability.
Open the Withdraw tab and choose shares you already hold. IP Vault supports standard and instant withdrawal paths, subject to the vault’s liquidity and settlement process.
Instant Withdrawal is designed to return ipUSD immediately when sufficient instant-withdrawal capacity is available. The interface can apply a fee and may reject requests that exceed available capacity.
Standard Withdrawal uses the vault’s normal settlement process rather than instant liquidity. Timing and available capacity depend on the current vault round and fund settlement cycle.
IP Vault shares can be transferred to another wallet. Transferability does not guarantee that a secondary market is available for selling the shares.
The vault provides exposure to a diversified royalties fund managed by Partners Group and tokenized by Asseto, alongside an ipUSD reserve used to support vault liquidity and withdrawals.
No. IP Vault is not a savings product and the value of its shares can rise or fall. Target yield figures are estimates and users may receive less than they deposited.
IP Vault is intended for eligible users in supported jurisdictions. Users should review the applicable terms, eligibility requirements and risk disclosures before subscribing.
