Published events are executed protocol actions recorded for public review, such as opening a vault round or activating settlement and withdrawal capacity.
Pending changes are scheduled protocol actions that have been announced but are not yet executable. The transparency page shows the number of pending changes and the next executable action when one exists.
Admin schedules protocol configuration, upgrades and RWA management. Operator schedules rounds, capacity updates and settlements. Guardian can pause the protocol or cancel pending actions in emergencies.
Scheduled protocol actions are published onchain and delayed before execution, creating a review window before the change can take effect.
